We are honored to welcome you to the Valley Health System’s Psychiatry Residency Program. Our program, founded in 2023, strives to care for the vibrant Las Vegas community and its growing need for psychiatrists.

Our program’s mission is to develop motivated, compassionate and competent physicians through supportive and challenging education in psychiatry. We will prepare graduates to practice personalized, evidence-based medicine within a diverse and dynamic educational setting. We offer strong mentorship, values, diversity and inclusivity by encouraging intellectual curiosity and lifelong learning with our residents throughout their four years in our program.

Our faculty comprises distinguished clinicians and educators, dedicated to providing you with a well-rounded exposure to the breadth and depth of psychiatric practice. Residents will have the opportunity to work with renowned psychiatrists who are committed to advancing mental health access, equity and excellence through patient care, education and leadership.
